Lighthouse Ledge
Lighthouse Ledge is named for the Hillsboro Lighthouse and sits just northeast of Hillsboro Inlet. It's a 6- to 8-foot ledge and a favorite when the ocean is rough.

What you'll see
The best section faces west. Look for lobster and hogfish along the ledge, and big soft corals on the north hook.
Good to know
Because it's so close to the inlet, it's a go-to dive site on days with bigger seas.
