WHAT WILL I LEARN DURING PADI REACTIVATE?
The PADI Reactivate, formally known as PADI Refresher, is not considered a course but a way for certified divers who have been out of the water to brush up on scuba skills. Since you have already earned your Open Water certification, this course is simply to make sure you feel safe to enter the water as a scuba diver again. Whether it’s been a year or three, with the instruction of a PADI Professional, you will be back to a level of comfortability you once knew in no time. The Reactivate is simply a pool session where you will go through various skills. If you would like to add on a guided dive with one of our PADI Professionals off the Lady Go Diver, that service is available for an extra charge.

No, if you don't have your own scuba gear we will provide our high quality rental equipment and tanks. However, you are required to have your own personal and safety equipment: mask, snorkel, fins (boots if using open heel fins), weights, safety marker buoy (SMB) with finger spool and whistle to take the course.
Yes, fills are included throughout the duration of the course which is usually just the pool session unless you opt for "The Works".
Simply, yes. To dive off our boat, Lady Go Diver, it is required to have gone diving within the past year. If it's been over a year you must complete the Reactivate eLearning and complete the pool session with one of our instructors. This is for your safety.
That's a great question! Yes, you are correct the PADI Open Water certification is a lifetime certification that does not expire, however, private companies reserve the right to implement their own policies. If you haven't been diving in over a year, there's a good chance you're a little rusty or may have forgotten some key scuba principles that could put your life, and potentially the lives of others, in danger. This policy is to protect you and make sure that everyone has a great time while out on the Lady Go Diver.
